The firm was founded in 1972 by Glenn E. Ketner, Jr. after serving three years as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Air Force, two years in private practice and three years as Counsel to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Constitutional Rights chaired by the Honorable Sam J. Ervin. The firm employs highly qualified and experienced assistants, one of whom has worked with the firm for more than 34 years and another of whom has been with the firm for more than 28 years. The firm emphasizes continuing education and professional development and encourages participation in civic, charitable and professional activities.
